Below rates are for standard retail couriers, these rates may not apply to bulk orders or heavy or oversized items or for rural delivery. In case the courier charges are substantially higher than what is charged automatically, we will advise you separately.  

Back to School Deliveries

There can be slight delivery delays, but we aim to fulfil most orders within 2-3 working days.

Out-of-stock items during BTS

We fulfil orders in the sequence as they arrive. If we are out of a running stock item (stock that we source from NZ suppliers), we will pack your order, and a courier track and trace number will be allocated. We will hold this order, and track and trace will only show - Label Created and will not show any movement of the parcel. Once the item arrives, the order will be shipped. 

In these rare cases of out-of-stock items, we will hold the parcel for a maximum until

  1. 24th January for out-of-Auckland couriers
  2. 27th January for Auckland couriers

So that your parcel arrives before 30th January. 

Courier Prices

    Auckland

    • Urban: $6.99 including GST
    • Rural: $7.99 including GST

    North Island (Outside Auckland)

    • Urban: $7.99 including GST
    • Rural: $9.99 including GST

    South Island

    • Urban: $9.99 including GST
    • Rural: $12.99 including GST

    DELIVERY TIME: 2-3 working days nationwide.

    In Auckland and most North Island cities, your order will be delivered next day.

    COURIER COMPANY: Courier-Post / New Zealand Post

    Tracking: All couriers are tracked and we will email you a tracking number once it is allocated to the parcel.

    Signature requirements for couriers:  A signature is NOT required for most our couriers. However, if you wish to add a signature option then please either add a note to your order at the checkout or contact us. There are no extra charges for adding the signature option.

    International Orders

    Note: For bulk orders or orders where the items are heavy and bulky the rates will be charged based on weight and volume and will be advised separately.

     

    COURIER PRICES - Australia

    $24.95 on all orders up to 2kg

    Standard Shipping Time: 2 - 3 Weeks. If you do not receive your parcel for more than 4 weeks please contact us or you can contact the courier company directly with the ticket number emailed to you.

    NOTE: Goods will be shipped through New Zealand Post. All goods are insured, but the parcel is not tracked.
