🚚 Standard Shipping within New Zealand

We use reliable retail couriers for fast, trackable delivery across New Zealand.
Delivery Time: 2–3 working days nationwide
Next Day Delivery: Available for Auckland and most North Island cities
Courier Provider: CourierPost / New Zealand Post

📦 Courier Rates (incl. GST):

Auckland:

• Urban: $6.99
• Rural: $7.99

North Island (Outside Auckland):

• Urban: $7.99
• Rural: $9.99

South Island:

• Urban: $9.99
• Rural: $12.99

🔁 Note: Rates apply to standard orders only. Oversized, bulk, or heavy parcels may incur additional charges. We'll contact you if this applies.

🎒 Back-to-School Deliveries

During the busy Back-to-School (BTS) period, we aim to dispatch most orders within 2–3 working days. Slight delays may occur due to high demand.

🚨 Out-of-Stock Items (During BTS):

• Orders are packed in the order they are received.

If an item is temporarily out of stock from our NZ suppliers, the parcel will be packed and a tracking number allocated, but the status will show “Label Created” until stock arrives.

 

These orders will be held no later than:

• 24th January for out-of-Auckland delivery
• 27th January for Auckland delivery
  So your parcel arrives before the school term starts on 30th January.

📦 Tracking & Signature Info

• All courier parcels include track and trace.
• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is ready.
• Signature is not required by default. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please add a note at checkout or contact us—at no extra cost.

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! We currently offer international courier services to over 230 countries via New Zealand Post.

🇦🇺 Shipping to Australia:

• Flat Rate: $24.95 for orders up to 2kg
• Estimated Delivery: 2–3 weeks
• Tracking: Not available
• Insurance: Included

🌐 Rest of the World (232 Countries):

• Flat Rate: $50.00 for orders up to 1.5kg
• Courier: New Zealand Post
• Tracking: Not available
• Insurance: Included

⚠️ Important Notes for International Orders:

• Shipping for bulk or oversized items will be calculated separately based on weight and volume. We will contact you with the exact quote before dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: These are not included in your order total. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, or import duties imposed by your country.
  Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
