School Account

Buying on School Account

All New Zealand schools can purchase items for school on School Account. When you proceed to the payment section simply select School Account. This will confirm your order, your order will be shipped asap and you can pay into our bank account on the 20th of following month.

Requirements for purchasing on School Account

  1. You should be NZ registered school
  2. The shipping address should be the physical school address 
  3. Your email address should be the official school email address
  4. Below is an image of the payment section

Ordering by email

If you are unable to find the products online, you can simply email your requirements to info@schooldepot.co.nz with the following information and our friendly team will create the order for

  1. Description and quantity of the items 
  2. School name and physical address
  3. Full name of the person ordering the products
  4. Email and phone number (Land Line & Mobile if possible)

Please email above details from your official school email address (not personal email)

Reference: Use your Order Number as reference. The Order Number starts with SD followed by 4 digit number. For example SD2245
